Invitation to HOST or find a HOST HOME for Dowsing and EARTH ACUPUNCTURE TRAINING IN YOUR AREA!

At someone’s home who has grass around it, I train participants to dowse and diagnose the house. I teach them how to go home and ‘cure’ their own home.  I show them how to use the Light-Life® Tools which the government tested for creating a safe and healing field around buildings, in cities and on farms and ranches.  We work with the pendulum a little bit so folks can back up their findings with dowsing with rods.  I introduce the Spiritual components to EARTH WORK.  Very high results as I have a 95% success rate with getting folks to do this work correctly.  

Most people will go home and do their own home and office.  This SAVES THEM the $1 per square foot of living space if I do their home.  3000 square foot home including all floors and attached garage usually is $3000 or more if there is rock landscaping involved.  TAKE HOME KIT valued at over $300!

Host pays half price to have us in their home and working outside most of the time. People bring their own lunch now. I never have more than 8 participants!

Apprentice stays with me and makes sure the home is completely done within a few days.  Plus we dowse and install for the PERSONAL STRESS LINES for the home owner and everyone who lives on site including animals!

Workshop is from 10AM-4PM Saturday and 11AM-3PM  on Sunday. People bring their own lunches now and I supply snacks and host supplies tea and coffee.

We are hammering L-rods permanently into the ground every 2-3 feet all around the home and no one sees them when we are done and there are no problems to sprinklers or anything.

I will gladly pay a referral fee as I really am a referral only business and don’t pay for advertising.

Thank you for taking the time to look over the website.  It is so important as education regarding this is crucial to your making a good decision on what to do.  And I am privileged to have a couple scientists as mentors right now since the experts in my field are all passing away!

I am moving forward with this work as I see one miracle after another come from my intense devotion to this body of work I have come up with after getting Slim Spurling’s and Bill Reid’s guidance for so many years of my research coming up with newer “cures” using the same basics used for centuries in different cultures all over the world to help make a property ‘safe and sacred’ for those who live on them.

Just the fact that you are in a condo gives us certain options as you are not in a free standing home with grass around it.

I am a minimalist and I am not in this for the financial rewards in any way.

Immediately, I would suggest you get:

!.  A double set of EGYPTIAN KITS, which are designed to save money.  If we get you a DOUBLE SET for you to install inside the unit with my guidance would cost you $140.  And we would add an ENVIRONMENTAL CD which costs $35 and you will need an inexpensive CD player from Walmart or Best Buy.

This plan is the most inexpensive immediate fix.  And I have to come to Denver within the next few days and could hand deliver them to you at no extra charge.  I know for a fact that if you pay me the $100 to come and test your property is up to you, but I just need your address and I can test from here for nothing  and I honestly know that this solution without you adding that expense is a sure first step to relief.  Not to mention that this may do it for you!  You may actually not need anything else but your intention and belief in this body of research.

  1. I am running a year end sale on the Light-Life Tools PERSONAL HARMONIZER.  The cheapest one is the SACRED 24 k gold, with copper base and comes with a gold ring with amplifier beads.  Retail before sale is $320, plus tax.  If you look this up and have the finances this would take the “cure” to a higher frequency for you and you would be able to wear it when needed or take to work to have at your desk to protect you at work.  The ring alone has many, many uses around the house and in your pillow at night.  This addition should be considered especially if the cheaper road is not enough for your circumstances.

So, I want you to RESEARCH this and I will set a time to call you for sure on Monday afternoon so I can coordinate getting you these things delivered when I come down for this other appointment.  If you feel “rushed into this”, I understand and will work with your timing.

Depending on what you do for a living, you may take these tools as a tax deduction if you work from home.  Or if you have any remodeling charges or health bills.  I know this as I hired 3 CPA’s to help me write up the invoice properly for the IRS.  You will just need your accountant which is best for you when filing your taxes.

I was present when the federal government showed up to test our work and the tools and they validated what we were telling clients in regards to how this can help with not only fault lines in Colorado, but also the heavy metals in our water and the high mineral content naturally occurring in our soil.

Also, the man-made challenges such as electricity, WIFI, microwaves, radio waves, and satellites, computers and cell phones are all affected.  We create a TENSOR FIELD full of SCALAR WAVES which Quantum Physics people are mystified by and are trying to figure out how they create such a strong “wellness” environment.   The technology we have at our disposal was found so valuable that one of the government agencies offered him a contract and he turned it down as it was NOT for healing that they were going to use it.

I have been in New Mexico working and preparing for Spring, 2019 workshops.

My process is that first we set a time for me to come to your home for $100, which is applied to any services you decide you may want.  I am there at least an hour interviewing you, testing the property for 20 feet on the South and West side of the home, while you watch.  I then show you what a full EARTH ACUPUNCTURE installation looks like.  We go back in the home and discuss all options and either then or later the same day I send my assessment and estimates for various options via email to you for you to contemplate.

I gather my research primarily on the health of the residents and their pets.  However, if you look on my website at TESTIMONIALS or click on the EARTH ACUPUNCTURE SECTION you will get a lot more perspective on this work, and all the benefits.

FROM NEW MEXICO TO PANAMA! 10/17/2018 ‘Transmission’

UPDATES:  From PANAMA and NEW MEXICO!

So great to hear what you are up to!  I am on my 3rd week in New Mexico.  Setting up workshops, tests of properties through colleagues and friends, and house/pet- sitting.

Incidentally, I have interviewed with a professional house sitter and have decided that my Holiday Gift to myself is to become a professional house/pet sitter with the International Society.  I will also get all the professional insurances.

Then, I am going to not only think about where I am going to build Apprenticeship programs, but where I may stay and work in someone’s home in those locations.

I have envisioned for certain the NE, SE, NW, SW of the borders of the United States to begin with.  I already have Des Moines, IA activated and one 22,000SQ FT home in the suburbs of Chicago, Illinois mitigated.

I will be map dowsing for environmental regions in distress, such as the Gulf of Mexico areas, particularly Florida with the “fish die-off” from the “red tide bacterial issues.”

Vivian Dullien, my PhD dear friend and I are gathering data not only as I have with the current intake forms for humans in the home, but we are adding domesticated house pets of all kinds, farm/agricultural animals, commercial llama and alpaca operations, as well as horse breeding, etc.  I will in honesty to the Environment be testing for Bees and for land owner’s complaints regarding invasive insects that they find troublesome.

This excites me NO END.  Vivian was congenial as to the domestic pets, as the data from all over the world is published that home pets’ places (where they love to sleep and what they love to eat) does change after mitigation of the home with EARTH ACUPUNCTURE.

And scientifically, there is no placebo effect.  In other words, what we as the practitioners/facilitators may be challenged with in the human’s before- and -after affects and the scientific viewpoints will be much simpler to look at  with the animals’ behavior and health. No contest with data.  Straight forward for now…

I, of course envision the data changing in different areas, as more becomes obvious.

On a personal note?

My body is finally leveling off from that weird injury while teaching the advanced workshop in Fall, 2016 where I tore the ligaments on the bottom of my left foot and was quite immobile for months.  The return to walking, lifting and living my old life is not quite the same.  Yet, I always joke about designing the all-terrain wheel chair I will be using before any traditional surgery.

Although I have been living at over 7400 feet for 2 weeks, went to 8500 feet in altitude and dowsed for the PERSONAL STRESS LINES/Lines Blocking the Sale of a Property?..   at a Yurt on 45 acres in Mora yesterday.  I did great hammering the rods in the ground and all that entails.  Not pretty as I was using a cutting board for my knees while bent over…Got it done with excellence!  Getting back up?  Not terribly sexy!  Ahahaah!  My organic hemp oil from Prime My Body continues to support my health.

I use CEDRIC’S DRAWINGS quite a lot to show prospective clients and have drawings of properties from 10 years ago and the DIFFERENCE in the stress is so obvious.

“DON’T WORRY, BE HAPPY!”

Still I wonder if you have tested the land where are you living?

As gorgeous as the NATURE IS, and as naturally PROTECTION comes from the living fauna and flora, still some stress is natural in the Earth and the Earth’s atmosphere, simply because of technology, electrical grids and underground water is always interesting as an amplifier or a  conductor as electrician’s know.

I am not ‘trying to be “Debbie Downer” from Saturday Night Live!

There is only one place so far noted to not have any “man-made stresses” present.  I have never been there yet.  It is the headwaters of the Amazon River.  Look at a map…

I am studying more and researching the Ley Lines on this magical, mystery Planet/Mother we are riding like bacteria or a virus….

DOWSING TEST RESULTS ON WHEAT RIDGE HOME FOR SALE : 08/29/18

Good Morning! 

Per our arrangement through a mutual friend, I completed a walk-through and tested all around the house on the outside along the property lines. 

FINDINGS: 

12 Lines Blocking the Sale of house:  3 on the East side, 4 on the South side, 2 on the North side, and 3 on the West side. 

My recommendation, considering that this is an unusually high number of these lines, is for me to come in with my apprentice and we will sink permanently into the ground 12 pair of copper-clad L-Rods (or staples) to halt the interference from entering the property.  My experience over 28 years is that prospective buyers will have a totally different experience of the property when driving by, not to mention touring the interior.  ( I would like to mention that driving south and north on the Ames Street, I had a difficult time seeing the FOR SALE sign.  Perhaps a 2nd sign street side may benefit.) 

These rods are sunk by hammers into the ground down 3 inches minimally and are permanently there unless someone digs them up. 

Cost:  $500 

Also, most client’s also purchase a LONG DISTANCE CLEARING on the house.  This consists of remote psychic/spiritual work with 3 assessments and 21 total clearings.  After each CLEARING sheet is done, Karen mails it to the client and they go over it in detail and strategize if so desired.  In this case also, Karen tracks showings and discusses details, such as price set, offers, etc. with client if they are interested at no extra charge while continuing to test the property during the phone interactions.

Cost:  $450 

I request a $200 deposit applied to the $750 balance and the remaining $550 mailed at closing on the property to address below.  We accept credit cards by Paypal, checks and money orders.  This is a discounted rate for this property as you are a referral from a good friend.

The work will begin as soon as the deposit is received.  We will need for the LONG DISTANCE CLEARING:

  1. Year built of the home
  2. Year of major construction (walls put up or taken down)
  3. Year purchased

Installation will be scheduled immediately.

ME TO CLIENT:   OK!  Now, have you and your husband had a little “CORD-CUTTING CEREMONY”?  do your own thing, but I suggest sitting together and thanking the home after lighting a candle.  If you have one of Slim’s LIGHT-LIFE® RINGS speak into it holding it up.  You may then just close your eyes and literally visually cut cords running from your body to the house.

You may also speak of a couple of your fondest memories and then both talk about who you see buying the house.  Talk about who would you LIKE to buy it and then individually close your eyes and picture the closing papers being signed quicker than it usually takes and picture the family/people walking into the front door on moving day.

Or whatever feels good!

I do a LONG DISTANCE CLEARING on homes that I have evolved the process over 30 years.  The property is in an active file for a calendar year.  You get 3 sheets of results over that time and a half hour consultation on each sheet by phone.  In this session I continue to test and clear as we talk about everything and it starts to bring up more things.
I speak to the land and house on a SOUL LEVEL, which allows me to do shamanic/psychic work with the land spirits as well as my team of Guides and Angels, and Ascended Masters.

SACRED JOURNEY IN THE SOUTHWEST

September 10-16, 20186 Days, 5 Nights

Join us on a memorable 6-day, 5-night trip from Boulder through New Mexico, stopping at hot springs and sacred sites along the way. You will receive 4 sessions during the trip with Karen Rice King and 4 sessions with Vivian Dullien, Ph.D., who has won awards as a scientist and a nature photographer. Throughout the journey, Vivian will be drawing upon her years of study in biology, archeology, and geology, as well as her many years as a business mentor. Karen will be leading sessions in Shamanic Journeys and the healing ways of the Indigenous early Americans.  She is drawing upon her experience as a Global Shamanic Teacher, Certified Healing Arts Practitioner and Psychotherapist. The following schedule is approximate and subject to change.

Monday, Sept. 10: Leave Boulder by 9:00 am. Arrive Buena Vista, have BYO picnic lunch at Cottonwood Lake and sessions. Check-In 4:00 pm Cottonwood Hot Springs. Dinner at 6:30 pm at a Mexican restaurant. Socializing and hot springs soaking back at the Inn. Star gazing is encouraged.

Tuesday, Sept. 11: Soaking and breakfast then depart 9:00 am for about a 6-hour drive to the Abiquiu Inn, Abiquiu, NM. Rest in the afternoon and dinner at 7:00 pm, with discussions led by both presenters about next day’s sessions.

Wednesday, Sept. 12: Breakfast at Inn at 8:00 am. Drive to White Place for sessions. Natural history talk, hiking, photography, writing, and sessions in Shamanic Journey and Indigenous ways in Nature.  Lunch and break at the Abiquiu Inn. Leave at 2:30 pm for half-hour drive to Ghost Ranch for more sessions lasting until 5:30 pm. If you desire private time instead of sessions at Ghost Ranch to go horse back riding or tour the museums,  you may take it. Leave at 5:30 pm to Abiquiu Inn, rest and 7:00 pm dinner together to discuss the day.

 

Thursday, Sept. 13: Breakfast at Abiquiu Inn. Check out of motel and leave for Chama, NM, at 9:00 am for a 2 1⁄2 hour drive. Check in at the Branding Iron Motel on Main Street where we all will stay. Optional Cumbres & Toltec Scenic Railroad trip or you may stay in town for sightseeing. We will all have dinner together at 7:00 pm.

Friday, Sept. 14: Breakfast and check out of motel. Drive through San Luis Valley to where we either stay that night at Joyful Journey Hot Springs or at Cottonwood Hot Springs. Sessions will continue in either location. Lunch and dinner accordingly.

Saturday, Sept. 15: Breakfast and closing sessions in the morning. Our van returns to Boulder

with lunch along the way.

Disclaimer: Due to weather and abilities of the group, we may move some activities indoors.

COST: $1,000 includes van transportation from our meeting place in Boulder throughout the 6- day, 5-night trip, and all 4 sessions with Karen and 4 sessions with Vivian. If you drive your own vehicle during the trip, the cost is $900 per person. This payment is due by April 1. If we cancel the trip due to unforeseen circumstances, your payment will be refunded.

You will be responsible for round-trip transportation costs from your home to our departure place in Boulder, as well as your meals and accommodations during the trip. We will provide bottled water, drinks and snacks.  We advise you buy an inexpensive travel insurance policy from AAA or similar vendor as we will not be liable and will have a waver to sign.

We will reserve blocks of rooms for our group, and we have negotiated discounts in some of the venues. We ask that you confirm your room as soon as possible, so we will all be together in the same facility. If you are traveling single, we will do our best to help you find a roommate, but we cannot guarantee this.

REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT CLIENT WORK Begins End of November, 2017

Good morning Karen

I got your name from C. Hart, she said you would be the best for our situation. My husband and I are real estate investors and we have a couple of renovated properties that are on the market and not selling. The one had really heavy energy when we bought it and it cleared as our team was working on it but it still has something there. I can feel it and we’d like to get this moved and get the properties sold. The second property just sort of feels “blah” our workers mentioned when they were working on it that it felt like a black hole, things disappeared, etc.

We’re also starting a build on a property that sat around for one year unappreciated in an expensive area Greenwood Village. The agent we had thought he could sell it with equity after we spruced it up. Obviously not! So we’re going bigger to be able to get our money out of this. But I’d like to have this cleared before we start building so that it moves forward and have a successful project.

Additionally we have a property in Denver getting close to going on the market, I love it except for the basement (in all honesty basements usually creep me out!) but maybe you should look at this one too.
