My dowsing training is mostly about the land and the proven negative stress lines that influence EVERYTHING on the land and how to remove them, scientifically proven. 

  However, you will learn how to use rods and a pendulum.  Your own body!        It will show you things. 

You may not ever have seen the simplicity of how DOWSING is as much of life as living.

My Spirituality with the land is innate.  I am very blessed yet ‘cursed’, if you will allow me,  as I have had to expand my visions about our MOTHER EARTH so as not to fall victim to incredible grief as to what humans chasing $$$$ has done.

At someone’s home who has grass around it, I train participants to dowse and diagnose the house. I teach them how to go home and ‘cure’ their own home.  I show them how to use the Light-Life® Tools which the government tested for creating a safe and healing field around buildings, in cities and on farms and ranches.  We work with the pendulum a little bit so folks can back up their findings with dowsing with rods.  I introduce the Spiritual components to EARTH WORK.  Very high results as I have a 95% success rate with getting folks to do this work correctly.  

Most people will go home and do their own home and office.  This SAVES THEM the $1 per square foot of living space if I do their home.  3000 square foot home including all floors and attached garage usually is $3000 or more if there is rock landscaping involved.  TAKE HOME KIT valued at over $300!

Host pays half price to have us in their home and working outside most of the time. People bring their own lunch now. I never have more than 8 participants!

Apprentice stays with me and makes sure the home is completely done within a few days.  Plus we dowse and install for the PERSONAL STRESS LINES for the home owner and everyone who lives on site including animals!

Workshop is from 10AM-4PM Saturday and 11AM-3PM  on Sunday. People bring their own lunches now and I supply snacks and host supplies tea and coffee.

We are hammering L-rods permanently into the ground every 2-3 feet all around the home and no one sees them when we are done and there are no problems to sprinklers or anything.

I do not consider ANYONE for my APPRENTICESHIP program without them taking the workshop and I am expanding the program to gather data on changes in domestic, farm and ranch animals in addition to tracking the health and psychological/spiritual effects of the family or employees/clients who use or live in the space.  So it can be a commercial setting with a park near- by.

I will gladly pay a referral fee as I really am a referral only business and don’t pay for advertising.

I am ALSO looking around the country for this opportunity to help our country with all its technological pollution.   States to consider: California, Texas, East Coast, Florida, Northern states, and the Midwest.

That turn in the creek, the wild plums in blossom, the blue heron in flight.
Spectacular.
I did the ritual you told us about – the statement written on a paper, pillow, and water-drinking.
I love a good magic ritual – who doesn’t?

__________________   What a lovely time we had as the sun went down behind the Flatirons.  Vivian was teaching us how the Foothills on the front range of Colorado were formed millions of years ago and the evidence of who actually lived in the area.  New scientific findings now with all the technological advances with DNA is showing us that the world as we believed it to be historical is now being proven to be a very different story than what we knew before.

We hung out in the first homestead in the area and say how they planted crab apple trees and somehow wild plums circled the area.  It was fun imaging what the plan was and how these ‘ancestors’ lived there.

We will doing more events now as we explore land in Boulder County as the Founder’s Circle of the GOLDEN GAIA NATURE SANCTUARY continues to grow its Legacy Project for Boulder County.  Please contact me if you are interest in anything hear!  Karen

Every home and person is different.  There is no right or wrong.  I miss speaking with you!  I will try to call  you from my car as I leave the Boulder area once again to work on the waters and land at Cottonwood Hot Springs for a couple of days.  YES!  When you play the CD, if you haven’t yet experienced for yourself?  The rods we put around your home AND the personal rods you saw me test for and mitigate around the property will be AWAKENED and activated a bit more.  So, use as you see fit!  Don’t feel alone.  I want to follow your progression/process.  No, you are NOT AN EXPERIMENT!  As some have asked or suggested.  ( I was the experiment!)
How often to play the CD to keep the rods charged?  As needed.  When in doubt?  RUN IT!  You have a lot of land there and quite a few 4-leggeds and 2-leggeds about!  It will DO NO HARM to run it daily, if need be.  (there has never been any reports from all over the world of any harm done!  A couple reports of insomnia around the Full moon!  Sometimes we need to stay awake for a reason?)
Please remind me—the Unity Personal Harmonizer, it doesn’t get charged with CD, correct?
CHARGED FOR SURE!  More tests are coming in.  I hope to hear information from you, if you are willing.  The harmonizer you chose?  Only some, a few choose that one.  Mini or full size and reports coming in are incredible for things like ADVANCED visionary experiences, Life-changing choices occurring on a part time basis as needed.

For the life of me, I can’t find the file folder you left.

So, when I get back from my trip this weekend?  I will put a new one together for you!  And send it to you!

Oh, how I wish, in a way, that you could come to my ADVANCED TRAINING at the historic farm here in Niwot.  It is going to be so experiential.  Cheap for the experiences!  Ahh!  Perhaps I will video more and put it on U-tube and my website as I am working towards.

FINISHING BROOMFIELD HOME

Usually I tell friends and clients NOT to look at emails sent from me past 10 PM.  However, the Eclipse in Pisces is cleaning my closet, if you know what I mean?  I’m up, out of bed again!
Kim,  I trust you.  I want to come by and stick a rod in the ground over there unless I left you with some rods?  Even Egyptian ?
So you did your landscaping?
Anyway, take a rod I left you with and stick it in the grass all around the house, a couple times and 10 feet or so apart.  Let me know “what you feel”.  A lot of resistance?  Your yard appeared as sod which can be any where from 1″ thick and we hit rock, or 3″ thick before we hit rock.
Or I can buzz over and do it!  We really leave 10 mins. From each other depending on the time of day.

Hi Karen,
No problem. I recall paying $750, but will get copies of the checks or receipts for you. I think I paid with 3 $250 checks. So the balance due to you would be $1250 to total $2000.
I’ll have to take a look at your newsletter when it comes out. Great stuff!
No sprinklers on yet. Do they need to be on for the ground to be soft enough? I’m flexible  with days. If we schedule it, I can make sure I’m working from home with no off site appts. Thursday’s and Fridays are good.
